Our dome will open in Pahrump in Nov. 2024 offering classes and workshops.

Breathe, and relax

South Nevada is the perfect place to breathe and relax.

We offer classes linked to these two essential part of our life that can help us to reduce and manage our stress: Breathing techniques aka Pranayama and Deep relaxation aka Yoga Nidra.

Flow Yoga

Open to any level, our classes focus on harmonious movements moving from one posture into another, following the breath. Stretch and relaxation are parts of this fascinating practice.

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga practiced while sitting on a chair or using it for support. It's perfect for all ages and abilities, enhancing flexibility, strength, and relaxation in a supportive environment. Ideal for those with limited mobility or seeking a low-impact exercise.

Breathing techniques

Pranayama is the practice of controlled breathing techniques in yoga, enhancing physical and mental well-being. It increases oxygen flow, reduces stress, and balances energy, fostering a deeper connection between mind and body for overall harmony and relaxation. Perfect for all ages and fitness levels.

Relaxation

 Hiking Yoga

This class and teacher program is using hiking as the basis of an holistic form of yoga. As such it combines several key techniques, such as mindfulness, breathing, mantra, strength, strech, and more.
